Hami IT provides educational content and resources for IT students. You agree to use our platform responsibly and in compliance with these guidelines:

4. Course Enrollment and Payments

When you enroll in a course or purchase premium content:

• Payment must be completed in full before accessing course materials
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy, available on request
• Course access is granted for the duration specified at the time of purchase
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• All purchases are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Hami IT, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Hami IT or its content suppliers and is protected by Nepali and international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content may violate copyright and other laws.

6. User-Generated Content

By posting content on our platform (such as blog posts, comments, or forum contributions), you grant Hami IT a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you post.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Hami IT is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of any content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hami IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Hami IT at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal.
